Print / Wall Art: "Sanctuary of Butterflies"

The mount and frame are not included. By default, the print does NOT include a white border. If you prefer a print with white borders, please contact me for available customised options. The size shown in the selection list is the size of the entire print, whether it includes the white borders or not. Currently, I offer various sizes (from 30 x 30 cm up to 100 x 100 cm (square) or from 30 x 20 cm up to 150 x 100 cm (landscape/portrait)) of prints/wall art (choose from the dropdown menu) printed on classic poster paper (240gsm) with a satin finish for balanced colours and contrasts. These will be shipped to you carefully rolled up in a tube or smaller-sized prints in a large cardboard-padded envelope. 

The physical prints do not contain watermarks.

Important note for those who may be sensitive to colours - generally, colours on the screen may be slightly different from colours on the printed product. 

If you’re not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:

• ​You must contact me and organise the send back of the item within 14 days from receipt of the order. 

• As a small maker and seller, I will issue the refund only after receiving the returned item within 30 days.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and adequately protected and packaged, preferably in their original package where possible.

• Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer. To receive the refund, you should choose a trusted channel of carrier; the tracked option is highly advisable.

• If you still want a different product,  the best option is to return the original item and to make a new purchase, as my art is unique and often produced in limited quantities.

• The refund amount equals only the price of the purchased item; shipping costs are non-refundable.

In case of receipt of the damaged product, please get in touch with me immediately.

Customized orders are not refundable.

All prints are dispatched within 5-10 working days as they are not kept in stock in the physical form, but are printed only when the purchase is made by the customer and the payment is received. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched within 5-10 working days following the weekend. The delivery time after the product is dispatched depends on the carrier and your location, but it should take approximately 3-10 business days.

You will be notified about the channel of delivery when you receive the email of the dispatch confirmation.

​International Orders

​Your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes. I strongly recommend checking the customs rules and regulations in your country before making a purchase. All such taxes and duties must be covered by the recipient. You will be notified by your local delivery company before you can finally receive your item.​

Tracking Your Order

​Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the confirmation email. If you choose the tracked shipping option, the confirmation email will contain the relevant tracking information.
