Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
Generally, I offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout:
Free shipping on all purchases over £150.
Standard UK shipping (3-5 business days) – from £1.70
Tracked UK shipping (3-5 business days) – from £2.70
Standard Europe/Worldwide shipping (5-15 business days) – from £3.20
Tracked Europe/Worldwide shipping (5-15 business days) – from £8.10
Please note that the above rates are for guidance only; the accurate shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on the items in your purchase and the country of delivery. The dispatching time depends on the purchased products - please read the individual product description. Shipping time may vary depending on the delivery option you chose and your location/country.
I offer a variety of products (e.g., Cards, Prints, Paintings) that, due to their different sizes, may require different packaging. For instance, if a customer orders A6 cards along with a poster of any size, these items will be shipped in separate packages since cards cannot be rolled with a large-sized poster. In this case, the shipment fees will be calculated for both packages (combined). I closely monitor every transaction; thus, if an unfair overcharge occurs, a refund may be offered for the excessive shipment amount.
I cannot take responsibility and guarantee the final delivery for items sent via Standard post after your order has been dispatched. If you are experiencing any issues with delivery, please contact me directly.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPPING TO U.S.
After 29 August 2025, due to U.S. Tariff changes, there is a lot of uncertainty (and lack of clarity) for the small private senders/sellers (like myself). If you are located in the U.S. and make a purchase in my shop without prior communication, I may need to request an additional payment to cover any Duty Taxes, related to your purchase, required by the shipment company prior to shipping (on leaving the UK). Alternatively, should the Duty charges be considered inappropriate or unacceptable, I may have to cancel your order and issue a refund. I appreciate your understanding.
Purchase Processing Time
I aim to dispatch all orders as soon as they are ready to ship, normally within 2-5 working days. Printed products such as posters/wall art will be dispatched as soon as they are printed after the customer's order is placed and paid (it may take 5-10 working days). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched within 2-5 (5-10 for prints/wall art) working days following the weekend.
International Orders
Your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes. I strongly recommend checking the customs rules and regulations in your country before making a purchase. All such taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the confirmation email. If you choose the tracked shipping option, the confirmation email will contain the relevant tracking information.
Return, Refunds & Exchanges
I do my best to make you happy with your purchase and would not expect any returns, however, please read the return & refund policy here for detailed information.
Return & Refund Policy
As a dedicated creator and maker I work from depths of the soul to ensure the highest possible quality of my products. It is very unlikely that you will receive faulty or damaged items, unless it happens after I hand it over to the delivery service.
I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If this occurs, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
It is very challenging, but I do my best to represent the true colours of my creations. However, variations may occur due to screen settings of you devices, as well as the different colour scheme applied in professional printing (RGB vs CMYK).
If you’re not satisfied with your item, you may return it for a refund under the following conditions:

You must contact me and organise the send back of the item within 14 days from receipt of order.

As a small maker and seller I will issue the refund only after receiving the returned item within 30 days.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and adequately protected and packaged, preferably in its original package where possible.

Carriage costs associated with returned goods are to be paid by the customer. To receive the refund you should choose a trusted channel of carrier, the tracked option is highly advisable.

If you still want a different product, the best option is to return the original item and to make a new purchase, as my art is unique and often produced in limited quantities.

The amount of refund equals only the price of purchased item, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that sales of printed cards (A6 size) are final and non-returnable. Instead, I offer a "change your mind" option where you have 24 hours for the cancellation of the order, as a "cooling off" period.
Customized orders are non-refundable.
I am not liable for delivery failures due to circumstances beyond my control. Any non-delivery claims must be reported within 28 days of the order date.
This Refund & Return Policy is applicable solely to the contracts made between the owner of this website Asya: Art of Being and the primary customer who purchased the products and can provide the evidence of it.
